Welcome to Little Folk & Fables, an online bamboo baby clothing shop. Please read these terms of service ("Terms") carefully before using our website ("Site") or purchasing any products from us.   2. Products and Ordering a. All products on the Site are subject to availability. b. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. c. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. d. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. e. If we cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at the time the order was made.

  3. Payment and Shipping a. We accept payment through our third-party payment processor. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. b. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the product price and will be added to your total at checkout. c. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframes, but we do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

  4. Returns and Refunds a. We accept returns for products purchased through the Site within 30 days of the delivery date. b. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. c. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products, and will be credited to the original payment method. d. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  5. Intellectual Property a. All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, logos, and videos, is the property of Little Folk & Fables or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. b. You may not use any content on the Site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

  6. Limitation of Liability a. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Folk & Fables and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase of any products. b. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) at issue.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Little Folk & Fables and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
