Refund policy
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy. In order to be eligible for a refund, clothing must be new, with tags still attached, and unwashed and in the same condition it was when it arrived. Clearance and Holiday sale will be sold as all sales final! Please read the full description before purchasing. Please notify us via littlefolkandfables@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and reasoning for return. Upon acceptance we will send you instructions on where to ship the package. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs/charges. Once received and inspected a full refund will processed or we will exchange the item. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Preorders/Presales
Preorders are non-refundable. All sales are final. Once the item has been delivered to the customer, upon inspection you may choose to follow the Refund, Return and Exchange part of the policy above.
Pre-orders should be separate orders from RTS Items, if you order RTS with preordered items, you will be waiting the duration of the preorder for your RTS so they can ship together. Preorders take anywhere from 90-120 days. Please check before placing an order.
Damages/Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged, please send documentation of the issue so we can confirm and correct the error. If the item is no longer available or a limited print, store credit will be issued for the same amount originally issued.
If you receive the wrong item, please email us ASAP so we may correct the issue.
Fraudulent/Chargeback
Please always email us first about any issue you may have. If you feel your product is damaged, we would like to know and require proof. If we feel that the product has been sabotaged or tampered with for fraudulent purposes, we reserve the right to bar you from purchasing with us again.
